○ Cardiac Screening: Mandatory screening with echocardiography, 12-lead ECG, and chest X-ray to rule out structural cardiac defects. (1 Mark)
○ Renal/Urogenital Screening: Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound, micturating cystourethrogram (MCU) to evaluate for vesicoureteric reflux, and baseline renal function tests including serum creatinine and electrolytes. (1 Mark)
